The domain is included for the first year in all B2C packages. Hosting is handled individually — either with us (from EUR 4/mo) or at your existing provider.
Small tweaks are billed by the hour at EUR 32/hour. For regular work, we recommend the Starter monthly retainer — it is cheaper and you get reserved capacity.
We agree on an hour budget (10 / 25 / full capacity). Each month you get a report of completed hours with a description of work. Unused hours roll over to the next month.
Yes in the Premium package — you get a simple CMS. For Start and Business we handle updates at the EUR 32/hour rate.
